Innovation

Modine's research and development advances have put our company at the forefront of a number of emerging thermal management technologies:

Exhaust Gas Recirculation Coolers (EGRCs):
Government regulations in both Europe and North America have made it necessary for OEMs to lower engine emissions in the near future. And Modine's EGRC technology will make this happen. Through our unparalleled research and development, coupled with our groundbreaking EGR thermal laboratory, Modine can ensure customers we will solve their emissions needs.

CO2 Cooling Technology:
Due to environmental concerns over the release of hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs) speeding up the effects of global warming, OEMs are preparing for a world without R134a and Modine is prepared to offer an alternative cooling solution. For almost a decade, Modine has worked on CO2 A/C systems and we are actively evaluating systems in our laboratories and on road tests around the world.
